Q: How much does your service cost?

A: Registering is free. The cost for each standard report that you order is $19.95 per person. We offer criminal records and license verifications for additional fees. 

Q: What information do you need about an applicant?

A: It depends on the type of search you are ordering. Typically, your applicant's name, address, DOB and SSN are requested.

Q: How long does it take to register?

The registration process can take up to 6 business hours from the time we receive your completed paperwork. However, standard orders only take 24 hours after you have completed the initial registration process.

Q: Do I need my employee's permission to screen them?

A: Yes, you need to have the employee sign either your own  application or the one that we provide.

Q: What are your business hours?

We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.

Q: How do you deliver results?

You have the choice of either fax or email. However, we always recommend fax reports because they contain all of our data. Email reports must be summarized for security reasons.
